Day 4

Woke up on time, slept some more, woke up still on time, no breakfast.

Work was ok. Not too hectic. Found out scratches from the ladder the day before have scarred. Looks like I got into a catfight. One of the cuts still sting. And I was told not to work with knives for money. Look at what happened.

But still the best work day I've had so far. One and a half unexpected visits from my closest homies. One and a half because I saw one of their backs when she was facing Second Cup. The other one got me at a good time while I was on break. Yay, you two.

Decided to try out a recipe I found online the other day. Modified it myself. Here is the recipe remix:

Fillet of Salmon (about $10 worth)
A few squeezes of wasabi from a tube
2 tablespoons and more of mayonnaise
Crushed sweet and sour cream n' onion chips
Salt and pepper

1. Cut a hole in the box.
2. Preheat oven to 400F.
3. Mix wasabi and mayo together until ivory with a hint of green, as if it was in the Matrix.
4. Throw washed salmon on buttered-up tin foil, skin down. Sprinkle salt and pepper.
5. Smear the wasayo mixture to cover the surface of the salmon.
6. Top salmon and mixture with chips.
7. Ovenate it for 28 minutes or so.

Serves more than 1. Crap.

Results:
Delish, you know? Didn't cook it for that long, so I found the meat a little undercooked after eating around the edges. Threw it in the microwave to heat up for a minute on high heat. Cooked it all nicely, but chips got soggy. Still tastes good, but after a while it got gross. I think it was a bit too greasy from the chips. And it didn't help when I added fresh ones to compensate the sogginess. And the fillet was way too big for me anyway. And I didn't taste the salt or the pepper.

Washed some clothes. Finish the laundry tomorrow. Might start a new blog now. That's about it.
