One thing I dislike about writing is making up a title for my work. A good title is capable of drawing the reader's inital attention and making a lasting impression on the reader's mind, but a bad one gets scoffed at. Unfortunately for me, I suck at titling. I either try too hard to be witty, or I give away the twists and surprises of the writing with a poorly chosen name. The reason I brought this up is because I have no idea what to call this blog entry. I shall leave it blank.

Moving on, I'm currently reading my course kit for basically the first time since this course began in Januray. I never really had to read it because the prof and the student presenters cover the readings during lectures and tutorials. But tomorrow is my day to present, so I have to know the stuff beforehand. This isn't something I look forward to. Not because the reading is difficult to understand, but because I'm a terrible public speaker. I have a bad history of screwing up in every group presentation, and I believe this will be my first solo one in school. Joy. Not too nervous at this point though, since I know that in this class the presenter speaks very little. It's more of a class discussion rather than a solo/pair presentation. It is not a one way communication. I'll just have to give a summary and ask discussion questions and listen to their opinions. I don't even have to write down their responses myself. Things will be fine tomorrow, I'm sure.

Had my first cup of coffee today in a long while. Coffee, in my opinion, cannot be consumed habitually. Like every other drug, the body builds up resistance to this stimulant after a while. For me, a small cup of double-double woke me up almost completely after only a few sips. I needed the caffeine badly today. I was dosing off during psych lecture, but somehow I still managed to catch the prof's key points and recorded them. Thankfully he gave us a break minutes after I started falling asleep. So my suggestion to you late night people who depend on coffee in the morning is that you rest early and stay away from caffeine. A shot of cappucino once in a while will work wonders for you when you really need it, and it also benefits you financially.

And now back to work for me.
